Baba Ganoush

So I decided to try a new recipe out (rare occasion when Dad doesn’t cook or bring home food). Found this recipe a few weeks ago (thanks StumbleUpon) and saved it. I always love to try new and interesting things.

This is the first time I’ve made anything like this, first time I made tahini (had to find a recipe for that too), and the first time I’ve been successful with something so unfamiliar.

Needless to say, it was delicious. Next thing to try and make – hummus. I just love hummus.

Well, students will be granted parking near Allen Hall, but that's first-come-first-served. - 2 days ago

After 1200, students won't be allowed into lots to park - they'll have to go to the reserved spot at the edge of campus. Same for staff. - 2 days ago
